I am seriously at a lost for words! This vision sparked from many different areas of my life and  posting food photos with beneficial facts that may be others would consider.  As I started taking more photos (eating, that is), reading , and changing my lifestyle, the concept struck me. From having my own health ailments  and tired of being told or prescribed one thing and nothing changing or just simply getting worse, I decided to take control of my life and manipulate the decisions I was making daily.

My body started to change, I was feeling better, my skin was clearing (acne became a thing of the past), and I had more energy to take on life and travel, but then others started to notice and ask questions and how to get started. Thinking what I was doing for myself was no big deal at all and that everyone knew how to make the same changes, I realized how wrong I was. So I created another Instagram page, @foodchangeslife to document my journey of discovery of new non-toxic beauty products, new foods/snacks/drinks, new healthy-conscious restaurants/events, positive/motivational ideas and quotes, fitness tips and just my evolving eating habits. Then,  I started to get and keep followers.  So, I decided that maybe I could reach a bigger platform and share my experiences of MANY trials and errors while giving tools that would help decrease or completely diminish the bologna that plagues our society. And so, here we are….

I hope that this blog brings clarity, calm the anxiety of the thought of change, brings lasting and beneficial habits that you can endure and share with others, and motivate you to be a better you, for you.
