Soo..lately I have somewhat been neglecting MANY responsibilities. Putting that last slice of pizza down, grabbing a donut from the 24/7 operational donut shop (UGH!), AND avoiding the gym, just to name a few. But I don’t know what it is but the thought of embarking on a New Year brings about an urge for change, critiquing or simply reaching a huge milestone. But you can make changes anytime, TRUST ME! I think you all will hold me accountable and keep me in line. So below are some things I want to improve and heal for good.
I want …
- Healthier, Longer Hair
- Blemish-free, clear skin (currently 90% acne-free)
- Heal Gut (Candida, Parasites (YES, WE ALL HAVE THEM!), etc.)
- Heal reproductive system (stabilize monthly cycles, rebuke changes b/c of stress! )
- Cure my anemia (No more “ice cube” meals aka Pica)
- Eliminate artificial SUGAR cravings/intake
- Completely rid Seasonal Allergies (85 % healed)
- Restart gym regiment, 3x/week
- Restart Yoga routine, 2x/week
- Healthy, consistent weight gain
Not that bad..right? ..I can manage this lol
Over the course of the year, I will do healthy challenges, meal preps, juice/smoothie ideas, provide health highlights of what I have learned, and anything else that will help me accomplish the above goals. I can do this…WE can do this. I challenge you to create your own list of what changes you will like to see, maintain, and share with others.
